When debugging it’s useful to comment out pieces of code or code ideas, however, the editor continues to validate and throws errors for improper code within a note tag.
If possible, it would be nice if validation could ignore anything inside a <Note> tag.
I’ve actually thought this too. I like using HTML’s comment syntax because it grays out the comment to differentiate it from actual running markup. The downside is that HTML comments get rendered to the front end whereas L&L notes don’t. I’ll pass your suggestion along.
